Tom Warne, local Tucson commercial real estate developer who has developed in Tucson and Phoenix since the 70s. He has developed commercial office space, industrial space, and retail space. He is most proud of the Main Gate Square, which comprises approximately 1,000,000 sq. ft. of office, hotel, and retail space. This has been a public/private partnership between Tom and his partner, Don Semro, the University of Arizona, and the Marshall Foundation. Tom graduated from the University of Arizona in 1965.
