William “Bill” Kapfer, PhD, is the Global Head of Supplier Diversity for JPMorgan Chase in New York City. He is responsible for developing and engaging certified minority-owned, women-owned, LGBTQ-owned, verera and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses to integrate them into the JPMorgan Chase sourcing and procurement processes. He has also served as Principal and Strategic Consultant for his own company serving clients such as Travel+ Leisure Magazine, Genre Magazine, Window Media, Harper’s Bazaar Magazine, Miramax Films, and others. Bill is the recipient of many awards including the Global Diversity Award for the University of Arizona Alumni Association. Bill is a Child Development and Family Relations Graduate from the University of Arizona and holds Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Norther Arizona.
