Sofia Durazo

Sofia supports the CALES Development team through a wide range of administrative functions that help advance fundraising, donor engagement, and stewardship efforts for the College of Agriculture, Life & Environmental Sciences. She plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting team communications, and helping ensure development activities run smoothly and efficiently.

She is a native Arizonan- growing up in Nogales, AZ. Having studied Natural Resources at CALES, Sofia gained experience in administrative roles as a student worker in the CALES Development & Alumni office throughout her 4 years of undergrad, where she developed strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. She brings a detail-oriented and service-focused approach to her work and enjoys contributing to a team that supports the mission of the college.
