Togetherall is your safe, online chat community to share feelings anonymously and get support to improve your mental health and well-being. There is no cost and the platform is available 24/7.
Peer Counseling connects you with other Arizona Wildcat students over Zoom to talk it out and figure out your next steps. Peer Counseling is available at no cost and at various times for drop-ins and appointments.
Denise Contreras is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), providing consultations and individual/group therapy to international students who are seeking emotional support during their time at the University of Arizona. Her areas of focus are sexual and racial trauma, addiction, harm reduction, eating concerns, and mood disorders.
These services are confidential and paid for by UArizona Counseling and Psych Services (CAPS) and ISS, which means there is no cost to international students.
- UA Campus Pantry: free weekly food distributions
- The Community Food Bank: monthly emergency food "package" at their main branch location (3003 S Country Club)
- Produce on Wheels Without Waste (POWWOW): weekly distribution markets - get 70 lbs of fresh produce for $12 (share with a friend!)
