University Commencement & Departmental Celebrations
Celebrate your accomplishments with the whole University and your home department! Note: not all departments host a graduation celebration. Those that do are listed below. Departmental celebrations are reserved for graduating students within that department only.
Request to Participate Form & Process
Students from all campuses - Main, Arizona Online, and Distance - who are scheduled to graduate in either the Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 semester/term are automatically invited to the CALES Graduation Convocation and do not need to complete this form.
Are you graduating/did you graduate in a different semester, but want to participate this December? (e.g., “I am actually scheduled to graduate in May 2025, but I want to walk in December 2024”).
If so, you’re welcome to participate in the December 2024 convocation, by completing the Request to Participate Form to ensure your name appears in the print program. Failure to complete this form by the deadline below means your name will not appear in the print program. Please note: completion of this form is not the same as your RSVP. RSVP to the ceremony is still required.
This form will close on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (AZ time).
