Wastewater Control or Retention Structure Inspection and Monitoring
Each month (and in any event within five days of each chronic rainfall
or catastrophic storm event) the permittee shall inspect the wastewater
control or retention structures for berm integrity, cracking, slumping,
excess vegetation, burrowing animals, and seepage.
