Wellness Communities
Experience our largest college wellness community for friendship, dinner, and wellness activities. Join our student Wellness Leaders and prioritize your well-being each week! Wednesday nights, 6pm - 8pm, RSVP required.
Join one of our Mind-Body Skills wellness communities and learn empowering techniques to better manage your life and college stress. Spots limited, apply by January 30th for our Spring cohorts (In-Person & Zoom).
Individual Support Services
A Wellness Checkup is support for typical life and college challenges. Together, we’ll create a personalized wellness plan to feel more balanced and empowered, and connect you with all the resources you need. No-cost and confidential, in-person or Zoom.
Therapy at CALES with Nadia Zanger, LMFT, is for more in-depth, goal-oriented mental health support for concerns like persistent anxiety, depression, grief, past difficulties, relationship challenges and more. No-cost and confidential, English or Spanish, in-person or via Zoom.

Togetherall is your safe, online chat community to share feelings anonymously and get support to improve your mental health and well-being. There is no cost and the platform is available 24/7.
Peer Counseling connects you with other Arizona Wildcat students over Zoom to talk it out and figure out your next steps. Peer Counseling is available at no cost and at various times for drop-ins and appointments.
Denise Contreras is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), providing consultations and individual/group therapy to international students who are seeking emotional support during their time at the University of Arizona. Her areas of focus are sexual and racial trauma, addiction, harm reduction, eating concerns, and mood disorders.
These services are confidential and paid for by UArizona Counseling and Psych Services (CAPS) and ISS, which means there is no cost to international students.
