Developing an Understanding of Effective Teaching

Education should provide experiences so students can develop to their maximum potential. Since teachers change the lives of their students forever, it is imperative that the educational process create a sense of excitement about learning and involve students actively in a mixture of intense hard work and enjoyment. Quality education must stress the development of reasoning, thinking, and decision-making abilities on the part of the students.
