Chris Jackson
I am a Junior majoring in Human Development and Family Science with a thematic health minor.
I chose Human Development and Family Science because I'm passionate about working directly with individuals and families in my community, and I want to be able to make a bigger impact in creating solutions to health risks at a small scale to prevent them from becoming larger scale problems in hopes to keep my community safe and healthy.
I was a first-year peer mentor for TRiO Student Support Services during my sophomore year, and I am currently a CALES Peer Mentor. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, spending time with family, and going out with friends.
As a student who has been in many of your situations before, I'm here to be a support system to help you achieve your goals and run over any obstacles that may be standing in your way this semester! Book an appointment with me or swing by my office hours in the Forbes Lobby.
Office Hours:
Mondays 1-2 p.m.
Tuesdays 2-3 p.m.
