Transboundary aquifers and binational dialogue: Children's posters at the Water Fair

During the Water Festival/Fiesta de Agua held at the Palomas Elementary School in Palomas, Chihuahua, the gymnasium walls were covered with posters like these from the different schools participating in the Festival. In this picture, two of the captions read, "Doy vida--Cuida me!" ("I give life--protect me!") and "No tire el agua...No sea un burro!" ("Don't waste water...don't be a donkey!")
