Nadia is a wellness and mental health counselor eager to support students through their unique academic and personal journeys. Nadia creates a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. She is committed to helping students navigate the stresses of college life while cultivating a holistic sense of well-being. Believing in the power of connection and compassion, Nadia fosters an environment that encourages open dialogue, self-discovery, and resilience building. Her approach combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a deep respect for each student's experiences to promote meaningful change and growth.
Nadia is especially interested in working with students facing life transition events, relationship challenges, grief and loss, fears and anxieties, and mood imbalances.
