Expired/historical Section 18 Exemptions The information above is provided for convenient reference only. The Arizona Department of Agriculture is the lead agency in the state for enforcement of pesticide use within the state except for structural uses. As such, parties interested in the use of these products under Section 18 Exemption must contact Jack Peterson JPeterson@azda.gov.
