The HomeStyles Program

Parents of Preschoolers--Want happier, healthier, safer kids?

The HomeStyles Program can help you with that!

A new, on-line program helps parents shape their homes and lifestyles to raise happy, healthy, safe kids.  HomeStyles includes a series of on-line program guides that give you quick tips and fun ideas from experts and other parents to help make small, simple changes at home.

Parents choose from 12 guides over the next 12 months, and choose which changes to make and how.  These easy, no-cost tips can help every family—even those with busy lives and tight budgets.

It takes about 15 minutes to review each guide.  Then, each day, families spend a few minutes making simple changes.  These changes could be calmer bedtime routines, fuss-free mealtimes, or a safer kitchen.

To participate, parents need Internet access plus email or phone.  There is no charge!  In fact, if parents try the simple changes and do surveys along the way, they can earn financial compensation and keep the small gifts we send.

To find out more and sign up, visit HealthyHomestyles.com.

Please share this announcement with other parents of preschoolers!

HomeStyles was developed by University of Arizona and Rutgers University.

This project has been reviewed and approved by the U of A IRB.
