| Jean and Joe Briggs have been farming their orchard organically since 1990. Their orchard not only provides delicious organic apples, but also acts as habitat and a wildlife corridor for many animals and birds. The early harvest permitted by Arizona's warm weather, together with the quality and variety of apples grown by the Briggs, creates a market niche that allows them to compete with growers from California and Washington. |
