Roadside by Rocklands Dair Farm, Standish Road, ca. 25 km NW of Bulawayo on road to Nyamandhlovu. Near 19°57'S x 28°25'E. Elev. Ca 1,300 m.

Setting Circumstances

On deep Kalahari sand in grassy woodland w/ Acacia erioloba, A. fleckii, A. karroo, A. nilotica, A rehmanniana, Albizia amara, Bauhinia petersiana subsp. macrantha, Burkea africana, Commiphora spp., Peltophorum africanum, Pterocarpus angolensis.
