Growing on sandy soil derived from cyanite rock w/ Acacia fleckii, Albizia amara, Burkea africana, Combretum spp., Commiphora mollis, Dichrostachys cinerea, Dolichos oliveri, Ehretia rigida, Euclea spp., Indigofera spicata, Peltophorum africanum.

Shrubby annual 20-80 cm ht. w/ hairy stems and very hairy, sticky fruits, seeds dark brown/black and shiny.
