Field LayoutAzdrip occupies a 4 acre (1.6 ha) field at the University of Arizona Maricopa Agricultural Center (MAC) near Maricopa, Arizona. The field is divided into ten plots of 0.31 acres (0.13 ha) each, arranged from East to West. Eight plots are irrigated with SDI and two plots are irrigated with traditional furrow irrigation. Each plot represents one of 4 SDI crop management senarios replicated 2 times, plus surface irrigated organic and conventional plots.
