Flowers: Bright yellow pea-like bloom clusters covering the entire tree 
Fruit: Flat seed pod, single or multiple seeds

Range/Origin: Sonora and Mohave deserts, Baja California;
Hardiness: Sunset Zones 8-14, 18-20, 15o F
