Learn to relax your body and mind through a variety of breathing techniques, mindfulness, and anxiety-reducing practices. Bonnie Kneller, CALES Life Management Counselor, will lead you through breathing and mindfulness techniques that can help reduce anxiety, support sleep health, and regulate your overall well-being.
