here. Corn earworm: Moth activity remains seasonably low, similar to this time last season. Beet armyworm: Moth activity has reached its lowest level this season, even with above normal temperatures. Cabbage looper: Similarly, cabage looper moth activity has reached its lowest level this season, but numbers are higher than this time last year. Whitefly: Adults captures on sticky traps remain seasonably low, similar to last season. Thrips: Thrips activity is at seasonably low levels at all trap locations. Aphids: Trap activity the lowest we’ve seen it this fall/winter, but have been picking up green peach aphids on the traps. Leafminers: Adult activity at seasonal low levels at all trap locations. Diamondback moth: Activity is generally down relative to earlier in the fall. Activity in some locations was comparable to what we observed in 1998-1999 in the Yuma and Gila Valleys.
