Subscribe to a Climate Report Listserv (Quick Instructions)

1. Choose Your Listserv

Select the email address for the forest or grassland region you wish to monitor:

  • Apache-Sitgreaves NF: apache_sitgreaves_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Carson NF: carson_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Cibola NF: cibola_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Cibola NG (National Grasslands): cibola_ng_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Coconino NF: coconino_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Coronado NF: coronado_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Gila NF: gila_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Kaibab NF: knf_drought_and_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Lincoln NF: lincoln_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Prescott NF: prescott_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Santa Fe NF: santa_fe_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu

2. Send Subscription Email

Open your email client and compose a new message with the following details:

To: list@list.arizona.edu

Subject: Subscribe <list name> <FirstName> <LastName>

Instructions: Replace <list name> with the specific address prefix from the list above (e.g., carson_nf_climate_reports). Replace <FirstName> and <LastName> with your actual name.

Example:

If Jane Doe wants to subscribe to the Coronado National Forest report, the subject line should be: Subscribe coronado_nf_climate_reports Jane Doe

3. Finalize

  • Body: Leave the body of the email completely blank.
  • Send: Send the email.

Note: You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been processed by the University of Arizona list server.
