Subscribe to a Climate Report Listserv (Quick Instructions)

Follow the steps below to join the climate report distribution list for your specific National Forest region.


1. Choose Your Listserv

Select the email address corresponding to the forest region you wish to monitor:

  • Arapaho & Roosevelt: arapaho_roosevelt_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Bighorn: bighorn_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Black Hills: blackhills_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Grand Mesa: grandmesa_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Medicine Bow-Routt: medicine_bow_routt_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Nebraska: nebraska_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Pike & San Isabel: pike_san_isabel_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Rio Grande: rio_grande_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • San Juan: san_juan_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • Shoshone: shoshone_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu
  • White River: white_river_nf_climate_reports@list.arizona.edu

2. Send Subscription Email

Open your email client and compose a new message using the following parameters:

To: list@list.arizona.edu

Subject: Subscribe <list name> <FirstName> <LastName>

Note: Replace <list name> with the specific forest name from the list above (you may omit the @list.arizona.edu portion in the subject line). Replace <FirstName> and <LastName> with your own name.

Example:

If John Smith wants to subscribe to the San Juan National Forest report, the subject line would look like this: Subscribe san_juan_nf_climate_reports John Smith


3. Finalize

  • Body: Leave the body of the email blank.
  • Send: Send the email.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been successfully processed.
