SELECTING OFFICERSTo be able to select good officers, a thorough knowledge of the qualifications and duties of each officer must be known. The advisor or some of the officers should discuss these qualifications and duties with the membership of the organizations in advance of the election. If this cannot be done at a regular meeting, then class time may be used for this purpose. This gives the members an opportunity to make some careful observations and do some thinking as to who will make the best officers.
