A GUIDE FOR YOUTH ORGANIZATION SENTINELSAn important requirement of a successful youth organization is a well-qualified and dependable set of officers. With capable leaders, the business will be conducted in accepted parliamentary fashion, the minutes and financial records of the chapter will be well organized and well kept, publicity of the right type will be forthcoming, and an effective program of activities in which all members participate will be maintained, and every member will be interested. The Sentinel should be familiar with the chapter constitution and by-laws and the annual program of activities, and should cooperate with other officers and members at all times. The Sentinel should own a manual, know his/her part in all ceremonies, and be familiar with parliamentary procedure. Duties:
