Using geospatial technologies to develop
participatory tools for natural resources management
These PixelGrabber results rendered through JFreeChart show AVHRR NDVI values for two pixels near the Rodeo-Chediski fire of summer 2002, northern Arizona. The red line corresponds to a pixel (or location) that was burned in the fire. The blue line corresponds to a pixel (or location) that was not burned, but shows a drop in NDVI due to smoke cover produced by the fire. [See Figure 3 for NDVI images of the fire.] |
